What to do for a booking?

• Send us an email to resa.letrappeur@yahoo.frto confirm price and availability.
• A rental contract in 2 copies will be sent to you by post. You will need to sign it and send it back and join a Photocopy of 2 different pieces of identification (passport, driving license)
• Booking more than a month before arrival:
  • a 30% deposit will need to be paid when you sign the contract
  • the 70% remaining will need to be paid 1 month before arrival
• Booking less than a month before arrival:
  • the full amount will need to be paid when you sign the contract
• Here are the different way to make your payments:
  • Bank transfer
  • Bank cheque
  • Credit card payment (3.5% charges)
  • PayPal

A 1500,00 € security deposit will be asked to you either by cheque or credit card on your arrival day by a member of our staff. This security deposit will be refunded up to fifteen days after the end of your stay, providing nothing is damage or stolen.
